Dr.R.K.Pachauri, Chairman Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was the chief guest for 2008 Convocation of IIT,Delhi. He is also associated with The Energy Research Institute (TERI), New Delhi formerly known as Tata Energy Research Institute. Incidently Dr.Pachauri is on the board of my employer, NTPC Ltd. Degrees were given by Dr. Surendra Prasad, Director of IIT, Delhi. Here are two snaps. Assess the effect of passing time all by yourself if you have seen me earlier!
